Anything at all. Your choice. What's the most Connecticut way to get around?
Why do I ask, you say? Because I'm tired of hearing that the best-selling vehicle for nearly every state is the Ford F-Series. I'm more interested in what the best vehicle for the state should be.
Also, if you think the most Connecticut vehicle happens to be the F-Series, then by all means put it down.
And as always...
Choose wisely!

The Fusion has that vibe, don't ask me why. I just feel it.

It depends... CT has varied regions despite its size. The most "Connecticut" car though? Gotta be a 90's Volvo wagon with Brown/Yale/Cornell stickers in the rear window.

When I worked in CT, the locals drove volvos or classier cars that I'll never afford.

It has to be exotic. This is one of the best maintained, beautifully banked roads in Amerika, so this whole rally theme that is emerging is sort of ridiculous. There is also a ton of money around these parts, so maintaining your hypercar will be no problem, so… go big.
This would be perfect:

V70R. Has to be the top of the line model that nobody would know that you spent that much money on a car.

85% of us don't consider that Connecticut.

The Merritt may be maintained well, but driving on it is torture. It's always very congested, to the point of being dangerous. It would be fun if it was empty, but that's very rarely the case.
Also, the southwest corner of the state is not indicative of what Connecticut is really like. There are some patches of wealth throughout the state, but most of CT is middle class. There is a ton of money in various parts of the state, but that's not really CT.

I really wanted to post some sort of Subaru here, but the most Connecticut car is actually the Volvo XC70.
I do a lot of driving in and around the Hartford area, and these are all over the place. They're great for hauling kids and groceries, they're adequate in snow, and the overall look screams "I drive this car while applying makeup/eating/reading the paper and talking on the phone."
**EDIT** Kinja is being a bitch and not allowing my picture to post.

Statistically, it's the Honda CR-V.
However, in my experience, it's the Subaru Forester. They've been tricking more and more people into buying tall wagons that look like SUVs, and that's a good thing. If only other carmakers would take note and offer some wagons. Ford had the Freestyle for a while and I still see them around here despite being axed for slow sales. The Flex is the closest you can get to an American wagon, or a modern 240 wagon.
